By accessing or using the Website and our services, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Services

Factskoot provides online educational courses, programs, and resources ("Services") through the Website. The Services may include, but are not limited to, video lessons, quizzes, assignments, interactive exercises, and other learning materials.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: To access certain Services, you may be required to create a user account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your Account information updated. 4.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Factskoot's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Website or Services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Factskoot for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Factskoot, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website or Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, India.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be settled amicably between the parties. If the parties are unable to reach an amicable settlement within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bengaluru, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Factskoot relating to the Website and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Factskoot with respect to the Website.

11. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of by Factskoot of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Factskoot to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

Factskoot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the Website and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website or Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
